Officer Andie has been with USI for nearly two years, where he has played a key role in their event security team as well as their commercial and residential security portfolio. Before joining USI, Officer Andie served in the United States Army for seven years, where he developed strong leadership skills, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. In addition to his time in the Army, Officer Andie has experience working in school security for Norwalk Public Schools, where he developed a keen understanding of the unique security needs of an educational environment.

With his combined military and school security experience, Officer Andie is well-equipped to handle all aspects of school safety, from conflict resolution and emergency preparedness to maintaining a welcoming and secure atmosphere for students, parents, and faculty. He has received all the necessary background checks and is Virtus trained as well.
