My name is Mrs. Allison Grijalva, and I am a certified School Counselor in Connecticut. I feel grateful to be able to join the Catholic Academy of Stamford team and I am excited to support the students, staff, and families at The Catholic Academy of Stamford. I will support students in their academic, career, and social/emotional development as there are many different delivery methods. I am an advocate that recognizes students learn in multiple ways. I look forward to being a resource in our student’s lives as they develop and mature to support their goals and dreams. 

Being able to join The Catholic Academy of Stamford has been a blessing. My family and I have been believers since I was a child and just two years ago after receiving my sacraments during an Easter vigil, I started to think differently about my professional path. I have prayed about it and felt God’s calling with this opportunity. I am looking forward to combining my professional expertise and personal faith into an everyday experience. I am excited to start this journey with the students, staff, and families.
