In Loving Remembrance of Pope Francis (1936 – 2025) 

 

The Catholic Academy of Stamford joins the global Catholic Church in mourning the passing of Pope Francis. A humble shepherd and a beacon of compassion, his life and message touched millions around the world. We hold Pope Francis in our hearts and prayers, honoring his legacy through faith, service, and love. His words continue to inspire our community: “Faith is a light in the darkness, guiding us forward.” 

 

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

Our January Catholic Schools Week Open House, which was scheduled to take place on Sunday, January 25 has been canceled due to snow.

 

Rather than rescheduling the event, we invite any prospective families who are interested in visiting our school to schedule a personalized tour during the school day. The available visit dates by grade level are as follows (all visits begin at 9:30 AM):

 

  • January 28: 5th – 8th Grade

  • January 29: 1st – 4th Grade

  • February 2: Kindergarten

  • February 3: Kindergarten

  • February 5: PK4

  • February 9: PK4

  • February 10: PK3
